"I’ve stayed at the Line multiple times and it’s been my go to choice for stays in DC but this latest stay was the worst. I was called on the day I was to check in that my reservation for May that I made in January had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said because the hotel was overbooked and my card declined the hotel charge. Why would a hotel be charging random cards without authorization or notification not even an hour after check in? I had to work with Expedia to get this rectified but...

"We experienced the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE that you could possibly imagine at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel.
We had a small problem with our room that the Customer Service Staff resolved quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience.
Additionally, we were there to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery and the dog sitter we had contracted with cancelled at the last minute.
While waiting for the dog sitter in the lobby, I was chatting with DES from Sheraton’s...

"Amazing price even at last moment, close to many locations. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, the room floors were not the cleanest barefoot. At night, there is only one staff at the reception, so there won't be any room service at night but all the things you need can be sourced.
Also has an inhouse restuarant which seemed nice, and reasonably priced."

"This place is very clear. The staff were concerned about my wellbeing. When I first arrived, they told me about the meal plan, the event, and the policy. I didn't get breakfast maybe because I didn't pay for that but not a day someone came to my room with breakfast or told me about it. My room was clean all time. Moral room however, the room is very small and only good for a single person who wants to enjoy downtown of DC."
