"Pool and Spa were both out of order and there was no e.t.a. on fixing that. We were very disappointed about that as it was a primary reason for staying here for us and our family.
My room (406) had garbage behind the cabinet that held the tv/fridge/dresser. I picked it up myself. My fridge wobbled and was not cold enough. I compensated that with filling ziplocked bags with ice as I have medicine that required a certain temperature.
There was an issue with the bed closest to the window as the...

"I’ve stayed here before. It is a nice hotel but there were a couple weird things this stay. I purchased a pop from the hotel when I arrived that I took with me in the morning to work. When I got there and opened it, I found it was already opened and completely flat. I also noticed, the phone chord in my room was completely covered in some unknown crusty, brown substance. Seeing as it was right next to the bed, it was a little off-putting. I like the hotel and will be back, but the details were...

"We had issues 3 times when trying to enter our room. We were given 4 cards the first time and none of them worked. The check-in gal said they were having issues with the entry cards. I had to go from the 3rd floor to the check-in on the first floor while leaving my disabled husband sitting in the hallway on the luggage cart. I received 4 more cards and returned to the room and still was unable to get in our room. This time when I returned the clerk came with me to the door and got us in. We left...

"The Front Desk was very courteous and efficient. The hotel was totally booked and she was busy and still went out of her way to accommodate us during our late check-in. The morning people on the desk were also helpful when we realized several miles down the road that we had left important items in the room. We'd stay here again and not hesitate to recommend it to others."
