This Former Fuse Works is a Single Storey building which has been recently renovated to the highest of standards, offering unique accommodation with lots of character and high spec detailing. Nestled in the Beautiful Cornish Countryside, quiet and peaceful yet centrally located & within a short distance of the A30 with direct routes to Truro, Redruth, St Ives, Penzance, Hayle, Newquay and Falmouth.

This Former Fuse Works is a Single Storey building which has been recently renovated to the highest of standards, offering unique accommodation with lots of character and high spec detailing.
The main living area is open plan (kitchen,diner,sitting room) and boasts an impressive vaulted ceiling showing all the original beams with a beautiful bespoke light feature based on a shoal of mackerel made by a Local Cornish Sculptor. Throughout the property there is lovely details such as Cornish Oak window sills and shelving for the Entertainment Area which includes a 50" Smart TV with LED back-lighting, DVD Player with USB and HD Card Input and a Philips Micro Music System ( Bluetooth, Radio, USB, CD Player, Aux) As well as some Gorgeous Glass made by Renowned Local Artist Jo Downs, displayed in the dining area which comprises of a corner pew, two stools and a bistro table. There is also a log burner.
The kitchen is of high spec and includes a built-in washer/dryer, slimline dish washer, built in fridge freezer, silver induction hob and double oven.
This room offers spotlights and a main dimmable central light, with handy USB ports on each socket around the room.
The accommodation offers Three bedrooms: 1 double Bed with wardrobe and drawer storage.
One 4 Ft Double bed with a walk in wardrobe (1500mm x 1200mm), dressing table with large Light up mirror and french doors to the outside patio area.
Another 4 ft Double Bed with a chest of drawers.
All bedrooms have four main spotlights and a main dimmable central light, solid oak doors, wooden flooring and USB ports either side of beds.

The bathroom offers a L shaped Bath, feature Rain-shower and separate shower handset. Sink with storage and light up mirror cabinet with port for electric toothbrush/shavers. Modern Floating WC and heated towel rail.

Outside to the front, there is an enclosed well lit patio area with an outdoor corner dining set and a decking area for BBQ's plus an enclosed lawn area around the back.
There is off-road parking for one car on a shared driveway, but there is a space on the road directly outside the property for another car (if needed). This property is best suited for up to five people but can accommodate up to six (6 people max).

The Old Unity Fuse Works is situated in a very popular area for walkers, sightseers, cyclists and surfers alike. It is situated on the Coast to Coast Cycle Path from Portreath to Deveron which is connected to the Mineral Tramways having National Heritage status and offering a wealth of Historic Cornish Countryside to explore. Annual Surf Competitions are held at Portreath, Porthtowan and neighbouring beaches, which are within an easy drive. Stithians Lake situated 5 miles away offers other watersports facilities including windsurfing, canoeing, jet skiing, etc. Its ideal location, with easy access to the A30, offers direct routes to Truro, St Ives, Penzance, Hayle, Newquay and the popular boating capital of Falmouth. This area offers the best of Cornish attractions and facilities whilst tucked away in this quiet historic Cornish Mining Countryside which was once the richest square mile in Britain.
Bed linen, towels, electric, WIFI and heating included. Regret no pets. Beach 4 miles, shop and pub in walking distance (0.4 miles). Laundry service available (extra charge).

Guest access
The guests have access to the whole property as it was designed to be a holiday let. The guests have their own entrance directly off the drive where there is an allocated off road parking space.

Other things to note
On arrival there is a welcome pack including local information and attractions. Wood logs will be available to purchase, I do supply the first pack free of charge as-well as kindling and fire lighters.
