"This was the worst stay of our two-week trip. I made my reservation via Expedia for 2 adults and 3 kids and paid ahead of time. Upon arrival, we were refused a room because they said they did not allow more than 4 people in a room. However, they did finally let us stay due to having no other option and being unable to get a refund."

"The heat was on in my room and was very hot. Trash in the parking lot, beat up parked cars in parking lot. Stairways to my room were dirty, and the slip grip was coming off of some of the steps. The lamp next to bed was broken only one light bulb in it and the pug was cut off so lamp was not working. Room had 2 bath towels , not wash cloth or hand towel nor mat for floor when got out of shower, partial roll of toilet paper , no drinking glass or hand towel in room.

"The building has taken some abuse from use with scratches and kicked wall areas and a non working elevator. However, it served for a place to stay. The staff was very nice. There was a sign in room saying they postponed daily housekeeping and just cleans at end of stay. We could tell room had been cleaned but maybe had sat as a little dust accumulation. If you just looking for a quiet place to stay and very simple breakfast in the morning this would be option."

"our rooms werent ready for check-in when we arrived we had to go wait in town with all of our stuff and we came back hours later to find them still not ready. staff was unhelpful and difficult. other people in the hotel got locked out of their rooms and got no help from front desk and they had to find a different place to stay since they couldnt get back in. people were loud in the rooms all day n night and dogs were barking and going crazy."

"Very quiet despite being near I-70! Our view faced north so the view of the buttes was incredible! Staff were super friendly. Chose The Tapestry for dinner and it was excellent with 1 server who managed all the tables and requests w/ ease. Tasted a couple local wines that also “held their own”. Thank you Wine Country Inn!!"

"Older motel trying to look new. Bedding was updated and clean. Love no carpeting in room and hallways. But hole in bathroom door, splintered at top, nothing else updated. Hotel had a perfume smell like they were trying to hide something. Would not stay even for one night. Very basic breakfast, but coffee and juice was fine. Run down parking lot, beside a gas station. "

"I never give reviews but had to give one for our stay. Room was dusty, looks like whoever cleaned it only dusted the top of the nightstands, everything else was covered throughout the room. Bathroom door handle was falling off, Hot tub was only open for one night and was under maintenance for the rest of our stay, pool was cloudy and slightly green(we never swam in it), air conditioner was so rattly and loud had to sleep with earbuds in but it did keep the room cool, thankfully the staff was...

"My only complaint is when I got there. The gal at the desk showed me on the map where my room was. She said it was clear to the back on the 2nd floor. I had a large suitcase, carry on bag and a purse. I got all the way to the end of the hall almost on the 1st floor looking for the elevator. I'm 73 years old a had been traveling all day.
I couldn't get up the stairs so went all the way back to the office with my bags to find out the elevator was on the far end the other way. She could have let...
