"House is clean, cozy and comfortable. Great location in Little Rock and all the places we wanted to go were easy to get to. Becca is a terrific host and was extremely accommodating when I made a mistake on the booking dates. Would highly recommend and will look for one of Becca's listings the next time I'm in the city. "

"If you are looking for a home away from home... this is your rental. I rental this home every year for my family gathering. The owner has never failed me. I promise you will not regret renting this property. It is a gem!"

"The house is really cute and is in a great location (quick access to SOMA and Downtown). Kitchen is fantastic and has enough dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to prepare meals for four people. We loved it!"

"My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience. "

"I booked this property to accommodate 5 adult members of my family while visiting Little Rock. The property was clean and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. Though spacious, the property is warm, inviting, and cozy. My personal favorite feature was all the ADA compliance which ensured the accessibility and comfort of ALL my family, including an amputee. "We were there to attend my grandsons graduation which was magnificent. We cooked and warmed food in the Kitchen which supplied all of the pots and pans. The owner supplied everything you need in thehouse. We had food in the Dining room and the patioRoom which is enclosed. We watched the Basketball Playoffs in the living room. We played games in the Family room ..Our stay was Awesome again. Thank You."

"We enjoyed our stay at the River House. It was just what we needed! We spent most of our time on the covered patio catching the breeze and watching the barges go by. If you are looking to rest and relax.....this is the place for you. The owner, Ryan was an awesome host. We will be back!"
