"Enjoyed the stay. The reception staff when checking in were a bit rude. I had to wait while two staff finished their gossip conversation. Otherwise the staff were great."

Location was really good, very close to both Moor Street and New street stations, and to the shopping area, everything in walking distance with great transport links. Breakfast was amazing, and the lady attending breakfast was really lovely! Well stay there again next time we are in Birmingham!"

"The cabin its self was beautiful. We stayed in number 7. However early evening we heard rustling in the weeds by the lake which was outside the patio doors, on further investigation we saw 10s of rats. We are near water so knew they would be around but to see so many would seem like they have a problem that needs sorting asap. "

"Great location and apartment, the staff are very friendly too. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location "

"The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "

"Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!"

"The property was clean but the bathroom door didn't close properly as it was swollen. I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out! The toilet cistern also kept filling and wouldnt stop, we'd to wedge the ballcock so we could sleep."
