"Location was good next to mall with food court and restaurant. Staff was great. Breakfast was mediocre: coffee machine broke, only had packets of instant coffee. Food quality was passable. Room was clean and functional. Overall it’s fine for a night after a tour or cruise before departing from Heathrow in the morning."

"Great place and great location - especially if you are going on a cruise. Walking distance to the port and also to the bus and train station. A bit hot in our room since there was no air conditioning, but the fan provided helped. This was in June, though, and we had very hot weather. Would come back in a heartbeat!"

"The room smelt surgically clean when we arrived but we soon got used to it! It was quite small but you get what you pay for and beds were super comfy. Parking was £12.50 for the day.
It's very close to the retail park and West Quay shopping centre, and high street shops. If you want somewhere cheap and clean I would recommend here."

"This was such a great place to stay for a weekend event in Southampton - easy to find parking nearby (Ocean Village), welcomed immediately by staff and room was a great size - we loved the decor throughout and excellent amenities all included in the room. The quality of the in room coffee and hot chocolate wasn’t great (although very nice soaps in the bathroom!), and it wasn’t fun/a good start to the holiday to carry our pre-cruise suitcases through the restaurant and then up the stairs. "This hotel is a lovely modern hotel with compact rooms. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Ensure you ask for a room on a higher floor, as floor 2 has huge noise issues from approx. 5am onwards. The gym is below, and the noise from the weights being dropped is so loud. Thankfully the music didn't start until 8am, but if you're there for a peaceful getaway then plan carefully. We didn't arrive to the hotel until 2am after a long drive, and managed only a few hours sleep. The staff...
