Host provided easy instructions for how to get in. The unit was as expected and was very clean. Location was also easy to walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful 1 night stay here. It was clean, easy to enter, good parking on the street, quiet, and communicating with the hosts was a breeze. Big shout out to them for allowing us to check in early so I could have time to get ready for the wedding we attended! Only thing missing was rugs for wiping our boots and shoes as it had snowed the night before. No big deal though. We just took them off at the front entry and wore socks everywhere. The apt is very warm and the heater works great! Overall, a great experience! We’d recommend for sure. *Side note**If you are sensitive to perfume smells or fragrances, ask them to remove them before your stay. While it smelled really nice, I know for sure that if you have sensitivities, you’d need the smells from the air freshener cleared for you. I found the plug ins and just tucked them away in a drawer to make the scent more mild.*

Everything was great. Nice layout nice location. My only recommendation is to gmhave a floor mat by the door. It was snowy so it made a little bit too much if a ouddle to get at the closet. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy Wabasha

This studio apartment was perfect for what we needed for our overnight visit to Wabasha. It is attractively decorated and furnished as well as very quiet. The downtown location is close to a nice coffee place and just a couple blocks from a nice walking trail along the Mississippi River. We are looking forward to returning to Wabasha and this apartment, in December.Mike was thorough and prompt in providing us with the information we needed and when responding to our questions.

Beautiful spot! Nice and quiet space, super comfortable bed. Great to have all of the amenities after a long day of hiking at the nearby State Park. We highly recommend and would stay there again!

Loved our studio hideaway. Found everything we needed to prep two meals in the kitchen. Super clean space (I’m particular about that.) Quiet enough that we enjoyed the two train whistles we heard. A short block from the Eagle Center and Mississippi. We will be back.

We stayed at this VRBO for a wedding in Pepin, WI and it was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and had everything one would need for a short stay. It's located right downtown Wabasha within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. It's also right next to the water. We had a great three night stay at this property and highly recommend for anyone going through the area.
