"It is a very nice and clean hotel. The location is great! Staff never seem to be on property, which makes things difficult when you need help. We called the numbers provided for help and it said the numbers were no longer in service. Other than that, we had a great time!"

"I booked a higher room category due to mobility limitations and the need for more space. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with only about 20 cm between the bed and desk/wardrobe, making it hard to move or handle luggage. It was also directly on the street and noisy. I raised this at checkout, but no solution or explanation was offered."

Some things we needed to buy to make it a bit more comfortable like dish soap and better bathroom wash. No safe no kettle had to ask at reception for a hair dryer and remote control for air con (€5 deposit) no plugs in the bath and sink so could only use shower which again was basic. "Wir waren eine Woche dort und können dieses Hotel mit super Dachpool empfehlen . Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage hat super Funktioniert. Das Hotelpersonal ist immer Freundlich und Hilfsbereit gewesen. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es gar nichts zu meckern, wenn etwas drohte leer zu werden wurde sofort wieder nachgefüllt."

"Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance....
