"King room in the modern accommodation block was small but fine, a good find. Dinner was great pub grub. We hadn’t realised that breakfast is not available (Sun-Fri) but that was also fine."

"The staff of the Heath court Best Western are Fabulous!! My room was super clean. The location is perfect."

"Great hotel"

"The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while. The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee. The shower was lovely and hot. I will definitely be booking there again and I can not recommend it enough. Lovely bar with a nice atmosphere. "The Hot Tub was not in use, even though I paid for it I’m still waiting for a refund"

"Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean."

"Standards have really dropped. I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and"

Also quite hazardous stairs if you are above the first floor. Forget about the top floor if you are not young and nibble! Parking is convenient but minimal. Can get blocked in by later arrivals. Reception hours are minimal as well. Although it does state this on the hotel info page. Restaurant has ok food....

"Schöne restaurierte Türen mit alten Schlössern. Echt schick!"
