"Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly"

"Definitely not a great stay! There was a hole patched in our room that wasn't painted not really clean. Couldn't use pool due to a baseball team. Breakfast was your usual nothing great. Coffee all day was probably the best!"

"We have stayed at this property before and sadly over the past couple of years the quality of service and the condition of the property have gone downhill. It took us almost an hour to check-in to our rooms and we were a little disturbed that the side door was unlocked all day and at night. No key card was needed to access that door. I am unsure we will chose to stay again."

"There was a deadbolt, but no latch lock on the door. We had to call down to the front desk to get hot water and there was no extra roll of toilet paper when ours was almost out. We checked at the front desk and she said "you want me to do this?" We ended up buying a roll at a local store, but did get one from the maid service later. Breakfast was limited, but ok."

"Pool was nice...the first front desk person was nice when checking in but after that staff was kinda rude... breakfast wasn't great then have someone watching you eat and can't eat in room was very uncomfortable...would not take there again...but it was close to king Island"

"My customer service experience was wonderful. Megan (general manager) and Moriah (front desk manager) were professional, accommodating, and prompt in providing service. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. However, the room smelled like mildew, and there was wallpaper, appealing near the windows. There was no option for window ventilation we had to be relocated to a different hotel in another town."

"Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good."

"The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. I definitely would not choose to stay there again,...

"I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The carpet was heavily stained and visibly dirty, making it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were also dirt stains on the walls, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. On top of that, the room had a strong mildew odor that made it feel damp and unclean from the moment I walked in. Overall, the cleanliness was far below what I expected, and it made my stay very uncomfortable. I expect...

"I loved the breakfast and the proximity to Kings Island. The ladies on staff that I spoke with were very kind. It is a motel, not a hotel- which was absolutely fine for me, but I wasn't clear about when I was booking. Also, we booked a double queen room and received a king, accessible room. This was fine for my son and I, but not what we booked or expected. Also, the toilet seat was not the same shape as the bowl and was not securely affixed- a minor discomfort, but something I certainly noticed...
