"The room needs a deep cleaning; it isn't very clean. The person in the adjacent room was smoking could smell it—and had the TV turned up to full volume, so we couldn't sleep."

Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. "Would be best to know about $75 security deposit prior to arriving to hotel; this was a big inconvenience. Also the price just not worth what was given. Towels could’ve been new or gently used, some had staines on it. One of the elevators were non functional but no sign it was just obvious when only one kept going up and down."
