Rooms were updated to some extent but needs some tlc for some needed paint, uneven floors, not enough cups and drinkwear for four people, even though was rated for six, air conditioner was not working, but was repaired the next day. Close to a main road and with having the windows open for cool air, very noisy at night. Pool and hot tub we clean and nice."

"Really nice suite-style room located between Bryce and Zion NPs. Located in the small town of Hatch, there was a nice restaurant nearby for dinner (Outlaw Saloon) and a coffee shop across the block where you get a free small drip coffee per person, each morning. They also have sandwiches and breakfast fare. Very nice location and helpful and accommodating staff, we would stay here again."

"I am not sure why this hotel has low ratings. It is a very good hotel for couples or families. I would reduce just one point because the bathroom structure feels a bit old-style, but it is clean and neat. The room furniture, bed cleanliness, and coziness are top-notch. The service is also nice. I would surely recommend this hotel!"
