"The hotel itself was nice. However, the beds need to be updated. They are very very firm and very hard to sleep on. If you like a firm bed you’ll love this. I couldn’t deal with it. I booked for two nights and had to check out one night early due to the bad situation also, it is parked along I four and it is very noisy at night understanding that it was the Fourth of July weekend. The manager was very considerate and was able to refund me for the night because I booked it through Expedia and...

"Old and dated. Room was damp, sink leaking, sink only had hot water (not great for brushing your teeth ) and they are under renovations. Fair enough, you’re upgrading probably for those reasons. But this was not disclosed nor discounted for. Loud during the day starting at 7 am. Ice machine not working, gym closed. And generally just beat up. I would not stay until after the renovations. Disappointing the Expedia and the hotel never disclosed this status."

"Unfortunately our bathroom was a bit of a mess. The staff attended to our needs but for the amount of money we paid it was frustrating. The staff would have done more us monetarily but because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t. Lesson learned. Also there was old food left in the fridge we had to throw away."

"My stay at ALOFT Marriott in downtown Orlando Florida was absolutely amazing! The staff were totally friendly, accommodating, and so refreshing. I transferred to ALOFT Marriott because I was having such a bad experience from another hotel. My stay at ALOFT Marriott was one of the best experience I've ever had at a hotel!
