"Das Hotel sieht am Eingang noch schick aus, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer befand sich in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand. Eine Reinigung wurde länger Zeit nicht durchgeführt. Überall dicke Staubschichten, an den Glastischen gab es viele Fingerabdrücke und andere Hinterlassenschaften. ..."

We arrived at around midnight and discovered our room had not been cleaned or changed over - see pictures. We immediately contacted the hotel via WhatsApp (because there are no staff on the premises). ..."
