This lovely family home is located on a quiet residential road, in the riverside village of Pangbourne. A perfect destination for long weekends with family and friends, exploring the Thames path, local pubs and villages.

The space
This detached family home is set over three storeys, and perfectly laid out for entertaining in the open plan spaces. It benefits from a lovely south-west facing garden, and large patio area.

IMPORTANT:
Every Saturday we have the gardener attend in the late morning to cut the grass and maintain the garden. No access is needed into the property as he accesses the garden from the side of the house.
I have help managing my property, with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.

- We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too.
- We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any pets at this property.
Restricted areas
- There is small room at the rear of the house which will be locked and does not form part of the listing, this area is restricted from guest access.
- The garage will also be locked and not accessible for guests

- This is a child friendly property. There is a high chair located in the utility room.

Please be aware our garden is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, this may sometimes overlap with guest stays as such someone may need to access the grounds area during your stay. They won’t need to enter the house or disturb you, and the work should be quick and unobtrusive.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
