Excellent stay!

What a great place to stay. Lovely room - very well appointed. Relaxed, accommodating and friendly staff. I had asked for gluten and dairy-free options for breakfast and they provided a really good choice. Excellent! Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay. The owners were really welcoming. We had a lovely garden room and sat out in the garden in a lovely warm evening with a bottle of wine. Breakfast was really good plenty in offer.

Exceptional- a rare treat.

A really lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and quiet. Nikki and Paul did everything they could to make my stay as good as they could. They were so wonderful at communicating prior to my visit to ensure I could be provided a meal and breakfast that worked around some complicated food allergies. It was a rare treat- not only good but fabulous food. Thank you to you both.

Great guest house

A great guest house. Large room. Excellent breakfast. Not much available in the local area so you will need to drive 10 mins for a meal, though the hosts will provide food given some notice.

I found Paul and Nikki very pleasant and most accommodating hosts. I will definitely be staying with them again in the future and can highly recommend them to all who are considering staying over.

Perfect for us

Last minute booking. Owners very accommodating as I needed to be on the ground floor and with twin beds. they made the beds up especially for us on the evening. Very friendly and well kept. Lovely garden. Couldn't stay for breakfast so can't comment there! Thank you!

Lovely hotel, large comfy bed

Nikki was lovely, she showed me to my room and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. While I didn’t have breakfast, it look d lovely.

Quiet elegant retreat

We booked a family room for 5 last minute. This place exceeded our expectations with the standard and size of room. Beds comfortable and room very light and airy. Breakfast excellent - great range of options, many homemade.

Semi Final Night

Second stay here, it was good the first time so I came back. Only issue was that this time it was during the heatwave and it was a little warm! Despite that I had no problems sleeping. Rooms are clean & comfortable, breakfast good though I did not try the cooked option. If I have to visit for work again in the area I would definitely stay again.

I was dubious when I saw this was a 2.5 star but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and welcoming it was. Large room with a modern design. Will be back

Very quiet area with excellent well appointed accommodation. Only issue was a slight lack of parking which meant that I had to park on the roadside.

Clean comfortable quiet hotel

Amazing little small 4 star hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable and well appointed room with powerful shower. Breakfast is okay with wide varieties of cereals and beverages.

Nice place, enjoyable stay

Very hospitable owners and a comfortable and clean place to stay. Only negative was breakfast only being available until 08.00 and some disturbance from early rising noisy guests.... but good overall

The hotel is undergoing some minor renovations and will be brilliant when completed. Our host and hostess were lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless with a lovely view over their lovely garden. Breakfast was lovely, tasty, beautifully cooked and presented. We’d go back in a heartbeat.
