Lakeside Cottage with all the amenities

Beautiful lakeside cottage situated in a quiet private sandy cove on Crescent Lake. Our home has an open concept kitchen and living room floor plan. Pine panel throughout the cottage. Spacious elevated deck with screened in porch.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. Two bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

Private dock available for a boat.
Boat access to Panther Pond through the Tenny River.

No smoking
No open fires
No pets
Linens and towels NOT provided.

10 miles to Windham
25 miles to Portland
45 miles to North Conway, NH.

May through October, rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Minimum of 1 week stay.
Before booking for 2027 and beyond, please contact owner.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely spot on Crescent Lake. I grew up in Maine spending summers on Sebago Lake and I try and get home every summer to give my kids a taste of Maine lake life. B’s camp and Crescent Lake did not disappoint! The camp itself was lovely, clean and very well looked after. Plenty of space for my husband and our 2 kids (ages 2 and 5) and my mother. Many evening hours were spent playing games on the screen porch. The beach area was perfect for the kids and the sandy, shallow entry into the crystal clear water was ideal for our 2 year old. (So many camps don’t have beach areas so this was a real bonus!). Only thing we missed was a fire pit, but with the sloped front lawn and tree cover we could understand why one doesn’t work at the property. B was very communicative and responded quickly to the few queries we had as we settled in. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks vacationing at this beautiful lake house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The shallow cove was perfect for kids to play and explore. The screened in porch and deck were perfect for enjoying the lake and sunsets!

Beautiful Property

My husband and I are from Maine but we now live full time in Florida. This property was the perfect place to connect with family and friends. We shared the camp with one of our sons and two grandchildren. Our other sons, who live local, were able to visit. This property is charming and well appointed. We loved the screened in porch. We ate most of our meals there and had some epic cribbage games there as well. The dock was perfect for our sons boat. We had a great week on a beautiful Maine lake.

Great Cottage

We had a very relaxing time in this sweet, very clean rental. It had a fully equipped kitchen, lovely view of the lake with access via the dock. The beach area was perfect for our grandson to wade in. I love all the camp/Maine decor. Such a nice touch.

Magical spot at Sunset Cove

Very clean cozy yet spacious cabin on a beautiful piece of property. Perfect for our family of 5 with kids sleeping upstairs and parents downstairs. The kids loved the little bridge on the property that crosses a little brook. We rented a kayak that was delivered and enjoyed kayaking all over the lake and down to the little river that connects to Panther Pond. Very nice using washer & dryer, dishwasher… plenty of paper products and detergents included (thank you!)

Quiet and clean sanctuary

Beautiful location on a surprisingly large lake, ideal for kayaking and SUPs. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed, while the hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The irrigation system for the lawn ran a few times a day which shows the commitment to the property but we happened on a rather damp week so may have been unnecessary. Perfect location between Portland and Freeport, and B even suggested a local blueberry patch for our memorable pie! Wonderful week with the grown family in a wonderful home away from home! Thank you!!

Lovely lake house with lots of amenities

Quiet location with ideal sleeping arrangements- bottom level with large bedroom & bath & living area for us & main level bedrooms for our son & his family! Screened in porch was great for mealtime with options to eat inside or out as well. The lake was perfect for the kids & adults - Sandy beach & dock for sitting on or jumping off! Overall a fabulous rental with upscale furnishings. You can tell the owners are proud of their property!

The weather couldn't have been better for the lake. We were very lucky. The water was delightful, sandy walk out beach was great for the grandchildren ( A must). Sun and shade in many areas throughout the day. Sitting on the dock for happy hour and the sunset was a favorite!

Just what we needed

We wanted a week away on a lake that was close to home but far enough it felt like a getaway. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The beach area was beyond perfect for the kids (4 and 7) and kayaking was superb. The layout of the cottage was great, and the owners were super responsive and helpful when we needed them. Would highly recommend this spot. Close to all kinds of fun things to do too! So private and peaceful!

Cutest Cabin

If you want to rough it in the Maine Woods this is not for you. This cabin has all the comforts of home and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The Maine themed decor is fun and cozy. The sandy beach was wonderful for our small grandchildren. We will be returning next year!

What an amazing week we had at the lake! Clean, beautiful house with all the amenities you would need. Our two sons ages 4 & 2 had so much fun swimming, exploring, and fishing. Beach is very easy access for young children! Great location and very helpful hosts!

An incredibly relaxing and restful stay!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful lakeside cabin. It is located in such a perfect setting, with a private dock that we were able to dock our boat against easily AND it had a sandy beach for easy paddle board access. Great swimming for the kids, and lots of sunny spots for reading and relaxing, both outside on the porch and the lawn, and inside on the comfy couches and chairs. We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return next year! Thank you!

Fantastic Lake House!

The lake house was wonderful! It is good size, very clean, well appointed, it felt new and had everything we needed. Quiet and Peaceful

I had a wonderful time during the week I was here. The location was quiet most of the week, with little traffic on the lake or on the road leading to the property. There is lots of shade in the yard throughout the day, which was nice since there were some very hot days. The water is nice and shallow, which my two nephews (3 and 5) really enjoyed when they came up with their mom for a visit. Although I was the only one to stay overnight, there would have been plenty of room for family to stay with me. I especially enjoyed sitting on the porch in the Adirondack chairs in the morning and at night when it was just me. Just the peace and relaxation I needed.

Perfect week away

This property was perfect for a family get-together. The living space is cozy and bright, there’s a beautiful little deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake, a screened porch for eating dinner or playing cards. Bonnie was warm and gracious throughout the week.

Fantastic!!!!!

All I can say is WOW!! We have never felt so comfortable in a rental before. The cottage was beautiful and absolutely everything we could possibly need was provided. Bonnie stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. The grocery store is very close by in case you forgot anything. Cottage is down a dirt road and is relatively quiet and secluded. We saw loons and eagles every single day. Wish fishing was better but that is certainly not the cottage's fault! This is a gem of a place! 5 out of 5!
