Hidden Pool Villa, A Hidden Haven Just For You

This spacious four bedroom villa is the height of luxury with extremely high ceilings. Exquisite detailing throughout the home ensures that everything meets and exceeds the most highest standards. Coming up the private driveway the villas has a grand entrance with two great doors opening to 15 meter high ceilings which gives it that wow factor. The first floor consist of a fully western style kitchen along with an island, dinning table and huge living area. There is a guest bedroom with twin bed and master bedroom with queen bed and beautiful bathroom located on the first floor. The second floor has another living area with pool table and mounted flat screen TV with its own balcony to enjoy the mountain views of Phuket. The third bedroom is also located on the second floor. The fourth bedroom is separate from the house as a bungalow next to the swimming pool but feels like another master bedroom. Great size private pool with waterfalls is always relaxing but being only 1km to one of the nicest beaches on the island makes it that much better.

- Not suitable for pets
- Check-in 3pm.
- Check out 11 am.
- Electricity extra charge 6 baht / unit used
- Cleaning and changing towels service is provided 2 times per week
- Bed sheet set will change 1 time a week

Beautiful villa

This villa is so beautiful. It’s huge and the ceilings are so high- I thought it was even more beautiful in person than in the picture. It is “hidden”, but not far from town. We were able to walk to a few coffee shops from our villa and could easily order a “Grab” to pick us up if we wanted to go somewhere else. The communication between us and the Villa owners was great and they were able to help us with anything we asked. There is a cat next door that would run into the house every single time we opened the door if you weren’t careful and the cat meows loudly all day and all night outside of the Villa. It can be annoying, but the cat is actually super super sweet and loving and just wants love. Don’t be afraid to hangout with him if you see him :). The pool was also beautiful and we had fun swimming. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to revisit.

Overall good despite a couple of issues

The house was beautiful and very much like the pictures. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. And it was nice to have a laundry machine. A couple of small issues would have made it better. In the kitchen, there were plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs. But there were only 3 or 4 regular glasses. For a house that size, there should be more regular glasses. Also, the bath tub in the master bathroom wasn’t clean enough to use. What really kept the house from being 5 stars were two things that made the owner/company come off as cheap. First, we were charged for the electricity we used. It was only another $100. But it felt like being nickel-and-dimed. It did say that we would be charged for electricity in the listing. But I feel like for a house that nice, I would have been willing to pay more up front and not had to deal with paying in the end. The second bigger issue was that the listing stated that if the house was being rented for 7 nights or more, there would be an up front cash deposit. This would then be returned at check out. We were only staying 3 nights but were asked to pay a $200 (USD) deposit in cash. I felt that was questionable in general. Hotels do take deposits up front for possible incidentals or damages. But the deposit is taken on a credit card so there is some recourse if needed. Despite these two issues, the house was in a great location and worked well for our family!
