"Set on a working farm in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. The property was lovely & clean & contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. "Though bijou, it was well designed and the space was very well used. The outside space was good and lovely to have the hills around, We did have problems using the very modern microwave/grill and cooker - It needed DETAILED WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS! and we would have preferred an ordinary electric kettle. A corkscrew, too would have been useful!But, we enjoyed a wonderful 2 days"

"Lovely bungalow in a quiet area in walking distance of the centre of Keswick. Gorgeous garden and conservatory to sit and watch the birds and rabbits. Washing machine wasn’t working when we visited but there was a note apologising. Pictures inside are old fashioned, pictures of the view from the bungalow would be nicer! Would stop again."

"Sheepfold barn is a wonderful house in a very private location. Our neighbours were the sheep and cows grazing on the local land. It is conveniently situated between Keswick and Penrith with shot drives to many popular Fells. We celebrated my wife’s birthday in style! And the views from the Jacuzzi were epic. "This property is great value for money. Could do with a little bit of deor makeover in living room , a bit dated (sorry).but this may put people off which is otherwise a great rental. Very comfortable beds, bedrooms were lovely and spacious and very clean. One bedroom at the top of the property has a great view of Latrigg and Skiddaw on your own private balcony with chairs and a table. Great for a coffee on a morning . Massive added bonus is your own parking space at the rear of the property....
