"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"Room was exceptional y clean. Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days) Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments" Staff were very friendly and cheerful"

"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell. Aside from this, the barn is beautifully presented with many thoughtful details. "This is the second time we've stayed in Jasmine Cottage. It's the perfect size for a family of three and has everything you need to feel at home. It's decorated to a high standard and the animal theme in each room is a fun touch. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, which is a bonus. The cottages are set in a very peaceful location in Marldon, which is only a short drive from bustling Paignton. There's so much to do in the local area and something for everyone. We had a lovely time."

"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"

"We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."
