"No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out. "

"We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Er zijn diverse restaurants direct voor de deur en het zwembad was perfect om af te koelen na een warme dag. Het enige minpunt was het ontbreken van airconditioning. Tijdens ons verblijf liep de temperatuur op tot 35°C, waardoor het in de accommodatie erg warm werd."

"Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else."

"Our room was amazing and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff made us feel comfortable and helped us with planning our trip to the Kitzbüheler Horn. The hotel offers a free trip to the top of the mountain and I can’t say enough about our experience to the top. Breakfast was great except the coffee. Our coffee was either bitter or lukewarm. "This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip "

"The breakfast was great along with a wonderful staff. It was a perfect location, good ski room with boot heater/dryers for our stuff, and I loved the quaint village of Kirchberg. The only odd thing about the hotel room was the shower… a little learning curve not to get the entire space wet. But we figured it out. Would stay here again."
