Ideal for Families or Groups of 8 Guests - Unlimited Wifi

Located on the south side of the Island down a driveway and set amongst landscaped gardens, this well maintained family home allows open living with ample space for relaxing from any room in the house. French doors from the lounge and bedrooms open to a garden of native tropical plants creating an ideal setting to unwind and put your feet up. The home provides accommodation for up to 8 guests. It features a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and lounge, 4 bedrooms each with air-conditioning and screened windows, 2 bathrooms each with its own toilet and an adjoining laundry area. There are several options for outdoor dining on the property with BBQ facilities available.
Private beach access across the road offers an alternative seaside retreat for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking and relaxing. Known for one of the least populated beaches on the Island the private deck complete with enclosed kitchen facilities, under-cover lounging area and day beds provides the perfect getaway to chill out and take in the stunning ocean view. Outdoor shower and BBQ facilities also available. Easy walking and short driving distance to cafes, restaurants and takeaways. Wigmore's, our village supermarket is open 24/7 and is well stocked with a huge range of grocery items, fresh locally grown produce, dairy items and a complete range of organic food products. Therapeutic and Sports massages including hot rock treatment can be arranged "at home" and at your leisure by our expert local therapist using traditionally made coconut oil. Ask about the various spa, hair and beauty services, an appointment can be arranged for a convenient and suitable time. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged if requested. Rental car, scooter or van discounts available to guests. Please enquire when booking.

Awesome for our group of seven and our new to Raro family members were super impressed. The beach hut was a big hit and the kids loved it. The avocado tree was fruiting and avo on toast and coffee, walked down to the beach and just enjoy the morning air - beautiful..

The cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Each bedroom had its own lock and the layout of the house was fabulous, with the lounge and kitchen in the middle. Was great having two full bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower on both bedroom wings of the house. The gardens were just blissful to sit, sunbathe and read in. The beach hut was a fabulous addition and we spent hours using the kayaks and paddle board. Connie’s thoughtfulness of all the small additions in the house was so appreciated. So many bathroom and beach towels. Great long clothesline and washing machine that took family loads of washing. The location of the house was in the perfect spot for fabulous snorkelling and so close to two big supermarkets and numerous cafes and restaurants. Connie is one of those fabulous hosts that truely loves what she does and it shows in the property and in your dealings with her. She went out of her way to help us with little things like sorting out a gym for our teen to attend, to helping sort a surprise birthday cake for the 13yr old. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again. 5Star rating for everything. Connie you are fantastic!!!

A beautiful property, comfortable and roomy. Loved all the rooms open to the private garden. Well set up to eat and cook inside or outside. Short walk down the drive to the beach and own beach hutt, also well equipped. Our aged groups ranged from 20 somethings to late 70s and worked for all of us. Groceries nearby. Circular bus nearby but we found a car necessary for our diverse needs. Connie our host was easily available and we had a warm inviting introduction. Pantry stocked with necessaries. We will stay again when we can

Our family of 7 adults stayed for a week and really enjoyed our time - the house is really well equipped with lots of kitchen/bbq equipment, a great living area and spacious bedrooms. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The location is really good - great snorkelling just across the road, only 100m down the road/beach to many of the snorkelling tour operators, and conveniently located about half way between town / the airport and Muri lagoon. The beach hut on the beachfront had kayaks and tables/shade etc which was great. Recommended!

Home away from Home

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Connie’s and would highly recommend! Lovely home, plenty of room for all 7 of us, clean and lots of little touches that were much appreciated. The gardens are beautiful, the views incredible and just across the road from a gorgeous beach. Then you have your very own beach hut which is much bigger than I expected & has plenty of kayaks, snorkels, reef shoes etc and loads of room to sit and watch the kids play on the beach if you get tired. We really could have stayed a lot longer and would definitely come back again. Location is very handy. Connie is a lovely lady as is her sister Jacqui. Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay :)

Perfect Getaway

Had an amazing time and the house had everything we needed. Large spacious clean rooms, great outdoor dining area which provided great family evenings. Beach hut across the road was an added bonus and had snorkelling gear, kayaks etc. Connie is a great host and had just the right amount of communication. Would recommend this place. Roosters always a problem with noise, use earplugs if you are a light sleeper, it is the same all-around Rarotonga.

House by the beach

The house, with its geckos and kayaks was great. Water cooler was a great addition as well as the welcome pack with delicious papayas. Rooms were spacious and comfortable but it would have been great to know the bedrooms were outside of the main living area as it was a bit disconcerting to have no locks on the house and have bedrooms able to be accessed from the yard. There were no problems while we stayed but it did take some getting used to.

Wonderful location. The house is luxurious with everything one needs and a stunning garden. Connie is a lovely hostess. A minute stroll to the beach. The 'beach hut' is very spacious. A wonderful space to hang out with books and company. There is a shower to wash off after swims. There is a 'snorkel with the turtles' outing that leaves from next door.

Home and garden

Six NZers, all repeat visitors to Rarotonga booked this house for a week. It has its own private beach house (w kayaks and chairs and shower), it has a gorgeous garden and views of the peaks and taro fields. It is back off the road so quiet and private. It’s very clean and well provisioned and the 24/7 shop is close by. We received instant help when a door slammed shut in wind gust, from lovely management staff and really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Great family getaway

A perfect property for everyone to have the own space with the communal area for hanging out located in the middle of the house. We loved the small touch of fresh bread, cheese, juice, milk and eggs after arriving on the late flight into Raro. Thanks Connie and family.

A Hidden Gem

A lovely stay in a stunning location … excellent amenities and perfect for a family of teenagers - everyone got their own space. Located super close to the beach and walking distance to some excellent snorkeling opportunities. The indoor/outdoor living at this property was perfect for us and we enjoyed the beautiful tropical garden. The home was perfectly appointed and there was nothing we needed. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing stay.

The GEM

Its was nothing but PERFECT ! The location of this beautiful property was superb, tucked away up a driveway you wouldn't know it was there. The gardens , flowers , the Fangipani trees surrounding the house is absolutely beautiful overwhelming actually ..you had privacy and the space for entertaining was unbelievable.. The flow of the house was truelly outstanding aircon in every bedroom , the lounge , kitchen and dining room complimented each other , with big windows and the sliding doors that opened out to the entertaining area , front and the bedrooms the Airflow you could feel anywhere in this house.. I call this property a GEM . To Connie @ Arthur and whanau (Tracey , Tainui ) thankyou so much we are all humbled and blessed to have spent a lovely holiday at this accommodation .it complimented Rarotonga. Meitaki Nga mihi nui Rose Ps...we certainly will be coming back !!!
