Aito 2 in Muri

On the edge of Muri village is a stylish oasis of calm, hospitality and value.

Starting from its large front covered veranda (perfect for watching the world go by), thru sliding doors the home opens up into the main living area with plush furnishings a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and an extra single bed. On the mountainside of the home is the master bedroom ensuring a most serene sleep. Aito also boasts a second porch facing the mountains and Muri's jungle interior.

It's a twenty metre walk to Muri Lagoon, and a 15 minute walk to Rarotonga's best snorkeling area… the fruits of Rarotonga. Muri proper is again only 15 minutes away (but in the other direction) where you'll find  restaurants, stores the Pacific resort, internet cafes and of course more Muri lagoon.

Aito is ideally situated to be close enough to everything and far away enough from everything to make your stay as exciting or peaceful as you're in the mood for.

The house was in a great location. Well maintained and appointed with everything we needed. Eddie was very helpful in the lead up to the holiday. He sent helpful tips and organised transfers from the airport. I highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Mere’s house. The bedroom and lounge does have ceiling fans (not sure if that is listed in the listing). Towels are provided if you are going to the lagoon so don’t bring your beach towels. The usual stuff like tea, coffee and sugar is provided there was also some cooking oil and salt. Mere also left a litre of milk and some juice in the fridge which was a nice surprise- thanks Mere.

Awesome place with all you need for a comfortable stay. We thought the place was in the best location easy to walk to all the main spots. The house was very spacious and clean with lots of amenities like extra towels. We so appreciated the fruit on arrival and owners were friendly. We will definitely book this place next time we come to Raro

So convenient and clean. Such a great place to stay.

We had such a great stay here. The house was very spacious for being a one bedroom apartment which was perfect for my husband and I and our small baby. Kitchen was handy, there is a washing machine on the back deck, and all bedding was provided. Such a great place to stay, and so handy to the nicest swimming and snorkling beaches! The lovely hosts upstairs were very friendlt and welcoming. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Large, comfortable unit, excellent value

Good communications prior to travelling with Eddie the renting agent. The owner was most welcoming and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay.The unit is very spacious, louvre windows with flyscreens to keep any mosquitos out, help keep the unit cool on hot days, or sit 'outside' in the shade on the large front and back patio.Access via a ramp (no steps).The unit has its own landline phone (can free-call other landlines, but not cellphones, though cellphones can call it). Also a wifi 'hotspot' actually in the lounge, so signal is always 100% - quite unusual in Raro where searching for a patchy signal is common. It does require the purchase of a wifi pass from the shop 130 metres away (free wifi is rare in Raro).

Highly recommend

We had a very enjoyable stay. An excellent one bedroom apartment with lovely big bathroom. Hosts Mere and Jean made us feel very welcome. Easy walk to main Muri beach amenities.

very spacious ground floor unit, situated on main road around island, opposite Moana Sands Muri. Bus stop right out front of unit. John owner a very respectful & help full person. night markets, a number of restaurants all in walking distance.

Absolutely fantastic time at the Aito apartments. Great location and close to the beach. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay from soap in the bathroom to icecubes in the freezer ready for your favourite drink. Dont bother bringing towels as there are both bath and beach towels available.

Hospitality at its best

This was a lovely property, very spacious, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Mere the onsite host was incredibly helpful and hospitable, doing all she could to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. It would have been helpful to have more detail in the listing about what was provided in terms of linen, WIFI and location as the address stated does not align with reality and the taxi driver could not locate the property despite host directions. Once there, we had a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely recommend.
