"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. "The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. "My family group (4 adults, 2 kids ages 9 and 12) had an amazing stay in Kallapawai for 4 nights. I don’t even know where to begin! "Noemi was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to assist us. She found taxis for us and helped us order from local restaurants. The place itself was breathtaking. The stream in the compound, the Molokai for meditation, and the sunroom overlooking Arin Falls created a magical atmosphere.I highly recommend this place.
