Welcome to Cozy Creekside Cabin, where comfort meets style in a beautifully designed open-layout home featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy a spacious living area with tasteful furnishings, cozy textures, and modern design touches throughout. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a family feast or a quiet breakfast before heading out to explore. Whether you`re here to relax or reconnect, this cabin provides the perfect setting for a memorable getaway.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully set up to accommodate families or groups with ease. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen bed, Bedroom 2 includes a full bed along with a twin-over-twin bunk—ideal for kids or extra guests. Bedroom 3 offers another cozy queen bed, and Bedroom 4 includes a convenient queen hideaway bed that blends function with comfort.

Step outside to the patio/balcony where you`ll find a grill ready for cookouts and outdoor dining. Unwind while overlooking the peaceful creek that runs along the property and take in the scenic mountain views that surround you. It`s a tranquil, spacious setting that invites you to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty.

Cancellation policy
- We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
- We do not allow any Airbnb services or experiences to be hosted or conducted on this property, including third-party bookings made through the Airbnb Experiences platform.


- Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Airbnb-related service or experience onto the premises without prior written approval may have their reservation cancelled immediately without a refund.

Other House Rules:

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we will need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.

2. It is a `must` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If

If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

6. Follow state laws when using a fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

7. For noise complaints:

7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out.

7.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

8. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property, such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission.

9. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.

10. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded.

Follow all check-out procedures:

1. Take out all trash

2. Wash dishes and please put them on the drying rack before leaving.

Note:

* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to the guest.

* Check-out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed upon with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checkingt, the guest will be charged $100.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check-out will be passed on to you.

* The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded.

* Please note that reservations made by local residents are subject to an additional review and approval process before final confirmation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Great Home & Scenic Location

We just wrapped up a wonderful stay for the Sturgis motorcycle rally and visiting family in town and we found this home to work perfectly. It had a nice open kitchen/living room/outdoor deck for making and enjoying dinners together, plenty of parking for our trailer, garage parking for motorcycles, and great wifi to stay connected. Location was beautiful with a little creek and the daily visit from deer. Clean and completely updated home, well stocked with supplies! Would love to stay here again!!
