Welcome to House 41! Located directly across the street from Meadowbrook Golf Course! Bring your pets, we have a fully fenced in back yard for your pup to enjoy! *WE ALLOW UP TO TWO DOGS ONLY. PET FEE APPLICABLE. THERE IS A ONE-TIME PET FEE OF $75.

3bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage with central AC and heat. Smart Tv`s in every bedroom. Want family fun? We have 10 board games in the cabinet! Fully furnished kitchen with all of your major needs. Kpods & Creamer provided!

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for several of our employees. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.

Quiet Hours: after 10 pm until 7am.

General Damages: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers.

Other: No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties: Are not allowed unless given written permission. If guests are found to have had a party without permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Dog Friendly: Dog friendly! Dog fees apply. *We allow up to two dogs only. Pet fee applicable. There is a one-time pet fee of $75. No cats. Please message me for details. *

It was OK. Nothing really bad to say other than there is a busy road when trying get out of the driveway. If you love golf, the course is right across the street.

We had a great stay, wonderful home with a fenced in yard for our dog. Super location across the street from the golf course and a short distance to frisbee golf place. The home had everything we needed, clean, and good communication with the host. We would gladly stay again!

Great clean house. Amazing host with awesome communication and easy entry. A little hard to find. No porch light. The house is on a super busy street across from a golf course not on the golf course. Amazing morning views tho! And again the host was amazing!! The front porch is amazing! The property just needs a grill (back) and fire pit in the front. Then it would be perfect for me

Family vacation with college kids

This property served our purposes perfectly. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean living space was nice and kitchen was well appointed. It is the perfect location as a start point for adventures all over the Black Hills. Owner was a great communicator and responded quickly to any question. If is on a busy street that might concern me with little kids but the park and golf course across the street are amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very cute house in a great location for exploring the Black Hills area. There is a busy street out front, with some moderate road noise. The kitchen was stocked with most of the things we needed, and the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We would happily stay there again.

Beautiful home with so much space and all the needed amenities/supplies. Extremely clean. The backyard was huge, private/fenced, and my dogs loved it. Front of the house is off of a main street though was quiet during our stay (across the street is the golf course). Easy communication w/ host. Would stay again.

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our visit in Rapid City. We were close to several attractions, Mt. Rushmore, etc. it is located close to stores and restaurants. The photos were exactly like the property. The fence was perfect for our 2 small dogs.
