    Welcome to your retreat in the heart of nature. Our detached vacation home, situated on a 1,500 m² fenced-in lot, combines tranquility, comfort, and the beauty of the Usedom island region.

    Start your day with breakfast on the sunny terrace, enjoy long bike rides and hikes, or explore the Peenestrom while swimming, fishing, paddling, or surfing.

    In the evening, you can look forward to breathtaking sunsets, relaxing sauna sessions, and cozy moments by the fireplace.

    The lovingly furnished house offers space for families, couples, and anyone seeking relaxation. Two bedrooms, a recreation room, a spacious living and dining area, a modern open-concept kitchen, and a separate home office with an ergonomic workspace make for a relaxing “workation”—all with a view of the countryside.

    For children, there’s plenty of space to play and a pirate castle to climb on. Bicycles and cars have a sheltered parking spot in the carport.

    Just 200 meters away, a small swimming area with a playground invites you to swim and relax. Shopping options are just a few minutes away in Rankwitz or the town of Usedom.

    Included: Wi-Fi, sauna, fireplace, patio with grill, lounge chairs, and patio furniture, as well as a carport.

    Note: Final cleaning: 130 € per stay (payable on site).
