"Older property. A little noisy. You can hear everything coming from the hallway, conversations, door slamming, kids running around. Great location, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner offered as part of your room cost is an added bonus!"

"We loved our stay at the beautiful Kimpton Monaco. Comfort and quality. The staff provided excellent service despite a full hotel with four wedding parties staying there. Love the art deco theme throughout. Room was large and well appointed, bed super comfortable. Sunday morning breakfast service was terribly slow as was valet car retrieval. Otherwise all good. Would return. "

"Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great."

"Parking is expensive. Valet parking overnight at $65 is very expensive. Hotel is OK but overpriced for what it is. Getting extra pillows involved 3 phone calls. Restaurant is very slow moving so if you are in a hurry avoid it. They got my wifes hamburger order completely wrong. Very much not the Fairmont experience I have had in the past. Front desk people very nice and friendly "
