"Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. "

"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. "
