"The location of the property was good and the host communicated well. The check in process was simple. We just had a few issues during our stay. The bed is basically a full size cot, the legs on the bed were not sturdy and the first night the leg on the bed broke. When we arrived there was a used wash cloth in the shower. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty or half full, but the covers were missing so they filled up with water during the shower. Luckily, we brought our own. The A/C...

"With our big family we all had plenty of room and lots of fun! The pack n play high chair and all the kitchen stuff provided was so convenient and much appreciated. It was right by the lake and easy to get the boat in and out of. We will definitely be back!"

"We visited Garden City for the Bear Bear Lake Trifecta and did not want to rent a large townhome. This house was the perfect size. The insides are immaculate and well appointed, the beds are nice to sleep in, the washing machines are huge. All the sofas are great. Everything works great. It’s clean. It’s wonderful and on top of that, the price is fantastic. You will be glad you stayed here."

"Thought it was a great location.
It was not clean leaves and hair in the shower and it was dripping. The shower curtain has black mold.
No porch light on and only 1 chair.
No coffee, a pot to brew coffee but no coffee or filters.
Therefore not worth the price we paid."

"Very quiet, contained condo. Clean, comfortable, good location. The a/c is in the living room so in order to cool the bedroom you have to keep it cranked up — which makes the living room very cold. But it has been unusually hot this summer."

"We stayed here on the last night of a week-long trip with our family of five. After growing tired of staying in hotels, we found renting a house to be a very relaxing experience. We were also weary of eating out, but thanks to a good supermarket nearby, we were able to buy groceries and enjoy meals at home."
