"When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. "We found the cottage to be very clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable for the 2 of us. Though we ate only breakfast in there were ample supplies and cooking materials if you wanted to eat in. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it."

"We loved our stay! It was a very comfortable and clean house for two moms and five teenagers! We appreciated the additional inflatable mattress and all the outlets to charge technology. The house was very close to two train stations for our trips into NYC. We appreciated the two different keyless entries into the property. Would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment was good and comfortable. Only one of the TVs had a remote but was not a big problem for us. Would have preferred more cooking items to use the kitchen more. Neighborhood was a bit uneasy and friends did not feel safe walking around in the evening "

"House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs."
