"When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. "I really enjoyed my stay here! It was a very cozy studio and had a lot of perks. I came here with my partner. Really enjoyed the heated bathroom and that there was streaming services on the TV! The parking was the only issue, but you’re able to do the street parking. I liked the location too, so close to NYC and Newark via the train and subway. Definitely recommend and worth the visit! "

"My family and I needed a place to stay for 2 nights while we did some activities in the Northeast NJ/NYC area, and we figured that a home with 3 bedrooms would be better than a single room in a motel/hotel.
