This property exceeded our expectations. The checkin and out was seamless. All of the staff on site were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, the pool was a relaxing oasis and the excursions offered made our experiences memorable. We highly recommend this resort!

Our A/C didn't work and there was no resolution. We just had to deal with a 78 degree room.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated in the description that the suite contained a washer and dryer. It doesn’t. The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained.
