"The cottage is immaculate and decorated in a very pleasant manner that fits the Julian vibe. When I had questions, the host answered them quickly. All appliances are new, the kitchen and bath have both been very recently remodeled with attractive finishes. Very pleasant ambiance. My only cautionary note is that when booked thru VRBO, my credit card was charged a very large damage deposit upfront along with the cost of the stay. Perhaps that could be reconsidered. "

"I honestly don’t know where to start.First of all this box was tiny ,I’m guessing 200 SF at best.Verbiage states 3 bedroom,however it’s actually 3 sleeping quarters ,barely.mattresses on 3 levels of a platform.The very bottom one you have to bend and hunker down to get into the space,the next 2 levels,you have to climb up some shelf type stairs and hoist yourself up by grab bars. "This tiny home is perfect for 1-2 people. My boyfriend and I had the most amazing trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental!! It’s so homey and it really has everything you need for a little getaway. The kitchen is small but we packed some supplies to make cooking here easier. "This was an ideal property for our group of 9 attending a family wedding at a nearby ranch. We loved the front porch and spent some downtime just relaxing there between wedding events. The bedroom and bath layout worked for us. We didn't cook, but it was a two block walk to some excellent local restaurants for breakfast. We loved both the Miner's diner and the Purple Owl cafe.
