  • Richmond Beach House es una antigua villa victoriana con muchas características originales. Bohemian Chic lleno de montones de muebles eclécticos y encanto. Ofrece el escenario perfecto para reuniones con amigos y familiares, para escapadas de fin de semana o vacaciones de verano. Hay un patio con patio, una gran terraza para tomar el sol y un patio más grande con una zona para comer. Para aquellos con niños pequeños, un jardín construido Trampolín. Si el clima cambia, lo cual es raro en Thanet ya que parece disfrutar de su propio clima micro. Enciende un fuego y acurrúcate con un buen libro y una taza de té.
    La casa tiene 5 habitaciones:
    Dormitorio principal 1 - es una habitación muy grande, con una cama de matrimonio con un baño con capacidad para 2 personas 2 - Tiene una cama doble y una cama individual con baño. Duerme 2/3
    Dormitorio 3 - Cama doble. Capacidad 2
    Dormitorio 4 - cama doble. Capacidad 2
    Dormitorio 5 - Pequeño doble. Capacidad 2
    La casa tiene una cocina muy grande con área para comer, hay 3 salas de recepción, una con la TV principal y 3 sofás, la otra con un pequeño televisor y chimenea y muchos asientos y finalmente un buen espacio con un sofá cama, 2 cómodas sillas y un escritorio. La casa duerme 11. El jardín se envuelve alrededor de la mitad de la casa recibe el sol durante todo el día. Hay un patio y un trampolín hundido.

    Necesito agregar alguna información de reserva. Owners Direct ha cambiado recientemente su política y ha hecho que el proceso de reserva sea un poco más complicado. Lo principal es que si estás interesado en reservar un fin de semana o una semana completa, sigue siendo bastante sencillo. Si desea reservar para cualquier otra combinación de tiempo, el sistema de cotización automática de Owners Direct solo multiplica la tarifa diaria, que no debería ser el caso. En este caso, póngase en contacto conmigo directamente y le puedo dar la cantidad correcta. Espero que esto ayude con tu experiencia de reserva.

"Pictures don't do it justice" That definitely applies to this house. There is plenty of space for all to come together, but also lovely nooks to step back if needed, both inside and out. The house is full of interest from all the art to the ornamentals. It is in walking distance to the town and beach. A well placed Waitrose being ideal. We were a family of 4 adults and 6 children and loved every moment. Thank you Vivien for sharing this gem.

Great house with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and large table able to accommodate the group. Good size reception rooms to enable everyone to sit together but also space to take a break if needed.

Ein wunderbares Haus mit Stil und Atmosphäre

Ein großer Gartenbereich mit Tischtennisplatte, Gasgrill, vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Für jeden was dabei.Kurze Wege zum Hafen, an den Strand, zum Einkaufen und überhaupt eine tolle Lage. Vivien war eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Perfect

The house was absolutely perfect. Loads of space to spend time together in the kitchen and the garden. We ended up staying in the house on the last afternoon and played pool, chatted in the garden and cooked a massive roast. Highly recommend.

Perfect weekend away with friends

Perfect house for our weekend away - we were a group of 9 friends and it was a great size, layout and location for our get together. We especially enjoyed the walk along the coast to Broadstairs and back again and how close the house was to the harbour and town centre. the house was just perfect for our group, we loved all the interesting furniture and artworks. Thanks again for hosting us :-)

Fabulous group getaway

The house was amazing; beautifully furnished, really homely and comfortable. Great, well equipped kitchen and dining area, fab games room and living rooms, lovely bedrooms with comfy beds. The garden is also really beautiful and we loved sunbathing and playing table tennis outside. Overall a fantastic house in a great location and we would definitely come back. Had the best weekend celebrating a special birthday, thank you!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed staying at this property, it was very spacious for our group size and we were 4 adults and 6 children. The location of the property is brilliant and everything in Ramsgate was within walking distance. The house has everything you need. The owner was extremely helpful with any queries that we had and we felt really welcome at the house. Would love to stay again. Thank you

A perfect house for a family celebration

A faultless experience staying in a large house full of charm and character. Great communication from Vivien the host, easy check in process, perfectly described house with more than enough space for our family of 11. Amazing to have indoor activists like the pool table to keep everyone entertained indoors and table tennis for outdoors! Good location, very walkable to the town and beach, nice quiet neighbourhood. The house had everything we needed for our weekend away - can’t recommend enough

Fantastic Spring stay in Ramsgate

We were incredibly lucky to have such beautiful weather for our stay in Ramsgate. We were able to enjoy the lovely garden, table tennis and multiple outdoor seating areas. Vivien’s place is amazing - beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a girls weekend away. Any questions were answered promptly by Vivien and we were very happy there. Easy walk into town and in a nice part of Ramsgate. Would definitely come back!

Summer Stay In Ramsgate

We visited Ramsgate to see family and old friends. I lived in Ramsgate over 20 years ago and know the town well. If you’re looking for a place with lots of room, close to everything you need but still quiet and relaxing - this place is it. Location is perfect. We had a ton of fun exploring the beaches and many an old stomping ground, but almost as much fun hanging out at the house. We had friends and family dropping by but the house was never crowded no matter how many kids we had zipping around or how many cooks we had in the kitchen. This place was just brilliant and perfect for us.

good family holiday home

I am very fussy when I choose our holiday home for our annual family holiday and this one was one of our best. Plenty of space for everyone, garden very usable and sunny. Well equipped with everything we needed. Waitrose very close, easy to walk to town and beach. Small downsides just for info of others: Bedroom 5 is small. Parking in school holidays can be difficult to get a space near the house but we always managed in the end. Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants in the town, need to be a bit choosy where you go. Overall a very good place to stay and the sun shone on us throughout!

Great stay in Ramsgate

Property doesn't look great as you approach, however once inside it lives up to expectations in so many ways. Great kitchen facilities, 3 fantastic bedrooms and 2 adequate ones. Living rooms were good size as was the garden. Added bonus of a pool table in a decent sized games room. Although garden was decent size and there were sufficient seats the general condition of things such as tennis table, BBQ and seating could do with updating . However, all in all thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it is approx a 20-30 min walk to the harbour area itslef.

Excellent place to stay for Ramsgate and Thanet

We (a group of 7 adults, a toddler and a baby) had an amazing time staying at the property. It’s extremely spacious with its two sitting rooms and the pool room (excellent table), as well as the fully kitted kitchen, and that is just the downstairs. Plenty of room for all of us to not feel we were on top of each other, especially with two smaller humans who had their own needs at very different times. Plenty of entertainment options were already there: board games, Xbox, tv, table tennis… The spacious fridge freezer made having a tipple in the evening even easier curtesy of its ice cube facility! Waitrose is just a 5 minute walk away and a corner shop that’s even closer is open until 11pm in case you’re missing something. Also within 5 mins walk is the bus stop that takes you to Broadstairs or Margate, in case you want a different beach for the day. Any questions we had were very quickly addressed by the host. In a nutshell, we’d very happily stay there again!

Wonderful House

Stayed at this gorgeous property as a group of 'Seniors' (we called ourselves 'Crusties!") and we could not have wanted more of anything. The spacious house had everything we could possibly need or want - beautifully furnished and decorated with all equipment there to cater for all eventualities. The bedrooms were charming and comfortable and with four toilets, three bathrooms, we were happy campers! The location of the property is so convenient for the town - we were happy to park our cars for the duration of our stay and walk. We were grateful for the information provided by the Host - comprehensive and useful as well as interesting. We definitely would not have been brave enough to use the oven without her great instructions! The house is just stunning and every room oozes comfort and curiosity. Also, the garden is a delight - we enjoyed lazy morning coffees and late night debates sitting together! A most wonderful house - full of warmth, charm and comfort. i wish it were mine!!

Fantastic property to spend time with family and friends and perfect for all year round.

I can’t recommend Vivien’s place enough. Everything was super easy and Vivien was very responsive with any of our questions. Great size house with all the amenities you could need! We especially love the fire place.

Fabulous house ! Perfect for a large family gathering

The house was perfect, the owner was so accommodating and happy to help with lots of recommendations and was so happy she was able to accommodate a late check out too! Beds were super comfy and so much room for us all to mill about with the kids occupied playing pool. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. A few minutes walk down to the harbour / sea front. Waitrose down the road what more could you ask for!

Fantastic family holiday

We had a great time from start to finish. Excellent communications and check in process. The house is a fantastic base for a large family group with masses of space and good facilities including pool and ping pong tables. Supply of beach towels is a nice touch. I would definitely reccomend.

Great house, would highly recommend.

We were a group of 8 friends on a golf trip. This house is one of the best we have stayed in for our trip. The owner, Vivien was super helpful pre trip and the instructions etc could not have been clearer. The house is fantastic inside and out and has easy access to Ramsgate and the surrounding area. Would highly recommend.
