A little disappointed

The pictures of the caravan are largely stock photos and not the caravan (26a) that was rented to us. We particularly wanted an outdoor seating area and furniture and there were none, I did enquire about this at reception and they told me Hoseasons details are incorrect. The carpet was very stained and smelt of cigarettes and dog. No towels are provided and they're too tight to even supply 1 toilet roll. Generally clean but grubby. The caravan was next to the children's play area but not busy during our stay but we were woken up at 2.00 am in the morning by teenagers playing on it. Apart from that the park was pleasant, well maintained and the pool and pool area were lovely. The club wasn't open during our stay.
