"We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

"The property has everything we needed for a two night stay. Driving to NYC is approximately 40 mins. We like how this apartment was modernly designed. The check in and check out process was easy - detailed instruction provided. Would stay again. "

"This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. "Incredibly sweet host. So caring and you can tell she genuinely loves having guests. Such a delicious breakfast each morning and excellent communication. House was immaculate and in prime location for attractions like the famous Bellvale creamery, Warwick drive in, and adorable fall activities which were recommended by our host. 10/10 experience and looking forward to returning:)"
