"I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great and most importantly, the staff was wonderful. I want to mention Alvaro who was the front desk manager who was incredibly kind and helpful. He even traveled with me to the bus station to make sure that I found the correct bus to my next destination. I am incredibly grateful!"

"I never had a chance to make it to the balcony. Breakfast was always good.
The front desk attendants were exceptional and approachable. Walter, Ezekiel and Paul were real cool dudes 12/10 (emphasized) would be how I would grade them...I would recommend this property to my friends. "

"I was expecting something a little bit more modern and updated and so my review is impacted by my impression that the hotel is due for a makeover. The electrical sockets were awkward and too few (so we needed to boil our water in the bathroom with the cord stretched over the sink) and the couch in our suite was old and a bit lumpy. We were asked to pay for our two pods of coffee each day which seemed odd to me, and a staff member eventually refunded the charges which I appreciate. We were given...

The room was spacious and clean. The shower enclosure was a bit small. Large folks may need a room upgrade.
