"We were visiting relatives in this area, so the proximity to family was very handy. The accommodation is near major Motorway and off ramps. We knew this before booking so didn't bother us much, but could for others. The room we booked was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. The kitchenette was well stocked. It is walkable to Manukau shopping centre, but just be aware lots of traffic to navigate. Friendly helpful staff. Parking available at $15 per night (if not a member of ALL Hotel...

"An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough."

"This was a cute and unique experience to stay in a tiny house. I do wish it had a bit more privacy but I did know it was in the backyard of the host's house. It is so conveniently located to downtown Auckland and the airport, which was really great. "

"We had an excellent stay, almost as comfortable as our own home, which was a pleasant surprise since many holiday properties we’ve stayed in haven’t been as cozy. While we knew in advance that it didn’t have a washing machine, it became more noticeable after spending a week there. The 5-minute drive to the laundromat was an inconvenience, especially when trying to spend quality time with family. The property lacked air conditioning upstairs (fans were provided in two of the rooms, but the third...

"My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. "

"From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. Thanks for a great stay and looking after me so well "
