We chose this hotel over another location from the same chain that was 35 minutes closer to the people we were visiting—and $300 cheaper—because this one advertised a hot tub. That one feature was the entire reason for booking here. Unfortunately, it never worked once during our four-night stay.
Every single morning I asked the front desk about it. Every single time I was told it would be turned on. It never was. By the final night, the manager actually tried to tell me it had been working but had “cooled off” and that we must have “missed it.” That’s simply not true. We checked repeatedly throughout each day. At no point was it operational.
To make matters worse, the breakfast situation was equally disappointing. Food was placed into chafing dishes straight from the refrigerator, ice cold, and left to slowly warm up. Not only is that unappetizing, it raises serious concerns about basic food safety practices.
We paid a premium for a specific amenity and were met with empty promises, poor management accountability, and questionable standards overall. There are better options within the same brand—save your money and your frustration.
