  • Villa Zizzy es un encantador apartamento ubicado en un pueblo de Grabovac, a solo 8 km de distancia del mundialmente conocido parque nacional de los lagos de Plitvice, que pertenece al patrimonio de la UNESCO. Mientras lo decoraba, me aseguré de que mis invitados tuvieran un lugar encantador y relajante al que regresar después de un largo día de senderismo y exploración de esta hermosa zona. Está situado en la planta baja con su propia entrada y rodeado de un gran jardín que está conectado a la terraza privada para cenar al aire libre. El apartamento tiene capacidad para 4 personas en dos habitaciones separadas con cómodas camas queen y king size. La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y café, té y fruta gratuitos. En la sala de estar puede relajarse en un ambiente cálido invitado por muebles de descanso de calidad, así como una chimenea con puerta de vidrio, wi-fi y televisión. Parking privado disponible en frente de la propiedad. Barbacoa portátil disponible bajo petición también.
    Villa Zizzy es perfecta para familias con niños y mascotas (jardín cercado), pequeños grupos de amigos, pero también personas que aprecian su privacidad.
    Muy fácilmente accesible desde la carretera principal D1 clima viajando desde el norte o el sur: aeropuerto de Zagreb a 130 km y Zadar a 150 km.
    Su ubicación es conveniente para explorar todas las atracciones cercanas: lagos de Plitvice a 8 km, Rastoke a 20 km, cuevas de Barac a 10 km, Bihać (Bosnia y Herzegovina) a 25 km, refugio de osos Kuterevo a 75 km.
    ¡Las tiendas de comestibles y los restaurantes están a poca distancia, así como el cajero automático, la oficina de cambio y el centro de información turística!

Zdenka made us feel very welcome. Her apartment was perfect, clean and well decorated.Her welcome and explanations for visiting the Plitvice Lakes were ideal and clear. The accommodation is perfectly located to discover this magnificent place.

Beautiful country home

My stay at Villa Zizzy was wonderful. It was conveniently located for Lake Plitivce and the apartment comfortable, well appointed and very well maintained. Zdenka, my host is fantastic. Overall, I had a great, although short stay.

Lovely home near Plitvice Lakes

This was just perfect for our needs. We were visiting Plitvice and needed a comfy place to rest our heads after a long day of hiking. The owner was very responsive and even recommended a great restaurant for us. It was so good we had dinner there twice -- Bistro Plum - check it out!

Malgré la barrière de la langue, Zdenka a su nous conseiller sur les différentes visite à faire dans le coin, une personne toujours souriante et agréable. Le logement était impeccable, très propre et très fonctionnel. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés,!!

Amazing stay

This cozy home had plenty of space for my two teen daughters and myself and was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. We have traveled almost exclusively through VRBO for 12 years and this has been one of our favorite stays ever. The home is in a quiet yet convenient location, with very comfortable beds and bedding, thoughtful storage, and welcoming and soothing decor. Zdenka, the host, is a proactive communicator and ensured not only that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, but was very helpful with ensuring we had information to make the most of our time here. Our only regret was we were not staying longer.

Für kurze Aufenthalte ok.

Kleine Wohnung mit netter Vermieterin, großem Grundstück und netter Terrasse. Leider fehlt hier wirklich die Klimaanlage, es ist in der Wohnung kaum auszuhalten. Die Vermieterin hat drei Ventilatoren in die Wohnung gestellt, die liefen sogar Nachts. In einem heißem Sommer nicht auszuhalten. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts.

Plitvice Launching Pad

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Zdenka's home - she made us feel very welcome, gave us great advice for how to enjoy Plitvice and was very responsive to any need we had. The home was very comfortable, with nice bedrooms and a full kitchen that we took advantage of. We also found many nice restaurants very close by. Grabovac was a beautiful town in the Croatian countryside, a perfect place to be so we could explore the area. We were only a little sad that we had such warm weather because we couldn't use the cozy fireplace...highly recommend the area and staying at Zizzy's!!

Home from home after a wonderful road trip in Croatia

Zdanka was a warm friendly host who made us very welcome to Villa Zizzy, a perfect location for Plitvice National Park and beyond with good restaurants and amenities close by. A comfortable place to hang out with the wood burner stove to keep us warm on a cool, wet afternoon!

Zdenka is gracious and fabulous! Her home is delightful and spotless! She was a humongous help to us and so kind. It was raining when we arrived and she picked us up. She gave great advice on things to see in the area. Can't recommend her home enough. Safe, clean and comfortable.

Lovely apartment near the Plitvice Lakes

We had a really pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. It is nicely decorated and really cosy. The apartment is in a quiet area but a shop and a lot of restaurants are very close by. This apartment is owned by Zdenka who is really friendly and very helpfull. We choose this apartment because it is a really dogfriendly apartment with a fenced garden. All points of interest(Plivice Lakes, Rastoke, Bihac,..) are all close to this apartment. We loved our stay and hope to return one day. Fam Moran-Roels Belgium

Cozy Cottage in Great Location

We greatly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Zdenka's cottage, a stylish and well equipped apartment featuring a large garden shared with Zdenka & her dog Zizzy who both live upstairs. Zdenka warmly welcomed us and our two dogs with a festive happy hour to enjoy local liqueur, beer & wine, while sharing lots of insider information about the local area where she's from. As we stayed for some time, it was great to have access to a washing machine (extra charge). Heating of the apartment is via the fireplace and Zdenka supplied ample firewood to ensure a comfortable stay. Highlights of our visit of course included the Plitvice Lakes National Park, a day trip to the riverside town of Bihać in Bosnia and exploring other local sites suggested by Zdenka. Highly recommended!

Super cosy appartment near Plitvicka Lakes

We (2 adults, child) very much enjoyed our stay in this super cosy appartment in a very good condition. Supermarket within easy walking distance as well as hotel with breakfast and dinner options. Plitvicka Lakes within 10min drive. We sincerely thank Zdenka for her great hospitality and recommendations regarding the area. Definitely to recommend for a stay!!!

CHARMING LOCAL VILLA

After arriving by plane in Zagreb and driving south 2 hours, this area was our first introduction to Croatia. Zdenka had left apples from her tree and homemade brandy for us to try. It was a lovely welcome! This home has direct and quick access to Plitvice Lakes which is the main reason we visited this area. The apartment is very clean and cozy. And in the event that it is needed...there is ample wood to burn a fire. (In October the nights and mornings were already a bit chilly.) Zdenka is a wonderful hostess and is readily available when needed. We throughly enjoyed are stay in Villa Zizzy!

Very quiet, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated house, very warm welcome by Zdenka.

Everything was perfect in this house for the one night stay of our family of four. It is nicely decorated. We had nice and clean sheets and bathroom towels. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. The living room is very comfy, with a nice fireplace. Zdenka welcomed us with a great smile and some "Shnaps" (or rakia?). She was very helpful and responsive. And of course the house is ideally located, less than 10 min drive from the lakes. A place we recommend without hesitation. Thank you Zdenka!

Beautiful and great location

Great Host! We only stayed one night, but could’ve stayed many more. The park is close by and the host is super knowledgeable about the area.
