Absolutely perfect for kids and pets - pets welcome outdoors. There is plenty of outdoor and indoor living to ensure everyone enjoys their comfort and privacy.

Beautifully appointed with all the modern conveniences including:
- ceiling fans throughout
- air conditioning
- leather lounge
- gas BBQ
- large TV and DVD player. Fetch TV installed
- dishwasher
- microwave
- washing machine and dryer
- separate toilet
- outdoor shower
- coffee machine; takes cafenelli pods that are available at most IGAs

There is nothing more relaxing then lying on the front lawn and listening to the waves lap the nearby shoreline. Conveniently, you can stroll around the corner and youll find yourself on the main street with easy access to the Pub, Clubs, shops, etc.
Make this your base for the perfect beach holiday and visit some of Rainbow Beachs amazing natural attractions. Put your toes in the miles of golden sand, feed the dolphins at nearby Tin Can Bay, drive along the beach or try one of the the worlds top 10 scuba diving locations (Wolf Rock).

Take a tour to the World Heritage listed Fraser Island or just enjoy the other timeless experiences of relaxation, sun baking, walking through the rainforest, golf, tennis, beach fishing, swimming at the towns state of the art Aquatic Centre or simply dining out with friends and family.

You can also opt to rent both units in the duplex (there is an adjoining gate) for a discounted rate during the off peak period. Please call to enquire regarding rates.

Sleeps six in two x queen size beds and a bunk bed (two singles).

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

Neither two neighbours nor we could operate the TV. There was no response to the messages we left. We had to rent towels & bedlinen at a cost & retrieve the latter from outside the real estate office. We are old & had trouble lifting it. The crockery was plastic, one thin roll of toilet paper provided, one coffee satchel.

The only thing I would of liked is an extra blanket in the cupboard and the beds to be a bit more comfy.. did use other blankets as only two of us though.

Excellent position

Rented as a house because we wanted yard room but it is a duplex with front yard only. Was worried we may of been a bit loud neighbours so close. Excellent position. Across from rainbow beach access and just up the road from town. There was room for full family was nice and tidy. Still unsure what we paid in bond / cleaning fees

Very close to the beach

We had a very relaxing time at this place, so close to the beach and within walking distance of the town. It is great for the dog as it is fully fenced. We were very happy with the accommodation. I was not happy about having to do so much cleaning before we left, I don’t mind being expected to bring our own sheets, towels, pillow slips, tea towels, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc... BUT I do think it’s not fair to pay the full fee ($250 per night + $50 for having the dog with us) when we are also expected to CLEAN the place before we vacate. It is reasonable to have to wash up and take the rubbish out, but having to sweep and mop as well made me spend more than 1 hour cleaning up before we left AND I think the price should be lowered or we should be offered a late check out as there is nothing for a cleaner to do before the next guests arrive.
