  • SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE Is a magical seaside cottage, perfectly situated offering privacy, tranquility and a magnificent panoramic view of the Caribbean. You have the ability to see sunrise and sunset right from it's large deck. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the large deck features a sofa, chairs, chaise lounges and a countertop with stools perfect for outdoor dining.

    SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE is located 7.5 miles north of Governors Harbour Airport.

    The Master Suite offers a (king bed), sitting room with queen futon and private bath, Second bedroom features a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two extra long twins.

    Sunshine☀️House now offers natural steps at the water's edge for easy access in and out of the water.

    SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE offers beautiful views and In the evening you have an opportunity to see a star filled sky and if you're lucky you might even see a few shooting ones!

    There is an ocean kayak located at nearby Rainbow Beach or in the yard at SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE, at your disposal. As well you have lifejackets for the kayak, boogie boards and a hammock that can be hooked up on the tree down by the water.

    The house is located in Rainbow Bay one of the only settlements on the island of Eleuthera that features an owner association, offering thatched umbrellas and picnic tables at close by Rainbow Beach.

Jump into the Ocean & Enjoy the Breeze

Jump into the ocean right from the house and snorkel some coral structures where you can see tropical fish. The location was ideal to explore all sides of the island. Our host was incredibly responsive and her local caretaker, Lisa, helped us out with a few needs during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Amazing views and perfect house for our family of five. Has all of the essentials that you could need or want. Close to lots of activities and restaurants. Rainbow beach is incredible. And the host could not be more wonderful. So grateful they’ve had the opportunity to stay.

Great location, lovely house

The house had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We were a party of two, but there is plenty of room for a bigger group or family. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining/living area is roomy with a great view and the master bedroom suite is large and comfortable. The back patio is perfect for sunset drinks and the steps into the water are very easy to use whenever you want to go for a swim.

Girls Trip

The house was great. It had everything we needed and the views are spectacular. We had a last minute snafu with my husband's passport, so it unexpectedly turned into a girls trip. The owner went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The island is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Sunshine Paradise

Sunshine House was so much better in person. Spectacular views ! It’s a super quiet area. Great location for morning walks. Extremely clean beach cottage. Big plus having Starlink ! Easy communication with Jennifer and Lisa. The one recommendation would be Tommy Bahama Style Beach Chairs to use. We found a local company to rent some for our stay. We would absolutely stay at the Sunshine House again!!! D&J Brewster

Wonderful stay! Will be back.

I've stayed in a couple VRBO's on Eleuthera in Rainbow and this house takes the cake. On slow days, I was able to jump off the ledge to snorkel and could easily get out with the steps. The beds were clean and super comfy. AC units in each room was an awesome bonus. I always have lots of questions, and the owner replied everytime almost immediately. Coffee sunrises and beer sunsets on the patio were the highlight of the stay. Already planning our next stay.
