"Lovely hotel at the foot of the bahai garden in Haifa. Hotel has Arabic charm. Nice restaurants nearby. It is far from the beach but there are buses. Be aware that all the Internet reviews say you can rent lounges on the beach, like in Tel Aviv, but you can't. I bought a cheap chair (70 shekels) and left it on the beach when I was done. I wish the hotel had warned me when I asked about the beaches, or better yet, had loaner chairs, but that's not really how Israeli hotels work. Breakfast buffet...

"This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. "Fantastic room and a great location. Free on site parking was super convenient. The room had a natural wood ceiling, beautiful tile and a private balcony. Plenty of close places to eat and centrally located. I loved this place."

"The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. "The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. "
