"This is not a hotel that you stay at with a family, it was filled with construction workers. When we arived we immediately noticed that the parking lot was a hang out spot. We got to our room and noticed that there were hand prints on the headboard of the bed....it smelled musty, the bathtub had water stains in it and the surfaces were questionable. We advised the hotel staff, only one worker in the whole hotel at this point. She was very nice and did her best to remediate the stuation and we...

"First time in the room, I saw hair on my bed. The bed was made properly but the hair was too much for me to handle, and that's coming from a guy who's almost bald. The next day, a spider woke me up, crawling near the lamp. The staff are decent, but try not to speak other languages to each other if you can, so guests don't wonder what you're saying about them. The garbage around the building is full and needs to be sorted out right away to avoid unwanted visitors. The air conditioning is great."

"Staff was helpful, but, was alone and line was long. He had no helpers. He was doing the best he could for checking guests in and guests coming by and had to ask to redo their keys. The grounds and landscaping of of the Motel were in terrible shape and not maintained at all. The rooms were cheap looking, Twin bed was a folding bed and think mattress, bathroom outdated, small and not homy. Not sure if I will stay there again..."

"the shower had mold all though out the tub, sink and toilet looked like they hadnt been cleaned. its fine if you need somewhere cheap to stay the night and you dont plan on being in the room other than to sleep."

"Well front desk was ok we checked in at 330 and room wasn't ready, the house keeping people were very rude,we asked for blanket told me to late an ask why my husband was going back an forward when he was getting my coffee at breakfast an oh breakfast was just muffins an coffee an oatmeal, didn't like the stay to while was up all night cuz people above us keep walking hard on floor"

"This was a dirty room infested with bugs and roaches. I walked into the room and immediately left. I would never book to stay in any of their hotels/inns ever again. I have a very low bar in terms of overnight stay for conference travels, but this was a few sigma worse than the worst place I have stayed in globally. You wouldn't expect that from an inn at the hard of San Jose."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for the breakfast attendant. She was rather rude and cranky. There were loud occupants on our floor. Not the fault of the hotel. Just inconsiderate people being loud in the hallway at 730 am"

"I reserved a room through Expedia and arrived around 3:30 PM, after the stated 3:00 PM check-in time. When I checked in, everything initially seemed fine and I was given a room key. However, when I entered the room, it was completely unacceptable. The room smelled horrible, housekeeping clearly had not been done, the room was messy, and it even appeared to have bugs. I immediately went back to the lobby to request a full refund because the condition of the room was unacceptable and unsanitary....
