Beautiful Mountain View Condo, 2Bd, 2 Bath, Pool, Hot Tub

Exceptionally quiet condo in The Peaks in Radium Hot Springs with unobstructed views of Mount Berland and the Brisco Range with 2 Bedrooms (King and Queen) and 2 full bathrooms just off the main drive of the town. There is a seasonal communal pool in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to access. From the condo it's only a couple minute walk to any number of restaurants in Radium and a great location for an evening stroll. The balcony overlooks the green space and walking path with clear views to the Rocky Mountains with a good chance of catching a deer or big horn sheep walking by. There is ample free parking out front of the building and a designated heated spot in the underground parkade. We offer a locked secure spot for the storage of your Bikes, Ski and Snowboard Equipment, Golf Clubs, etc, beside our parking stall in the garage for you to use.

The 2nd floor (building has an elevator) condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a King Bed and one with a Queen Bed. The master has a full ensuite, while a second full bathroom is accessible to the rest of the condo. An elegant dining room seats up to 6 guests or cozy up in the living room around the electric fireplace and big screen TV to watch your favorite show with seating for 6 as well. Retire onto the balcony (equipped with a BBQ) to enjoy a bevvy as you watch the sunset reflecting off the Brisco Mountain Range. The patio is also a perfect way to start the morning sipping a tea or coffee bathed in the morning sun. There is plenty to enjoy with this condo in Radium Hot Springs!

Radium is a busy hub for hiking, backpacking, golf, watersports and snowmobiling. The infamous Radium Hot Springs are just a few minutes drive up the highway, or for the more ambitious, you can walk to them as well. Panorama Ski Resort is only 30 minutes drive from Radium. Stay with us and enjoy all the area has to offer!

This unit is the most beautiful vrbo’s I’ve ever stayed. Everything went so smoothly. Instead of overlooking the parking lot we faced the picturesque landscape. The suite was quiet. And the layout of the suite was so practical. Communication with owner was above and beyond! I have absolutely not problem giving this 10 out of 10!

We loved our stay at Beautiful Mountain View Condo. Shelley was an excellent host. The unit was perfect and nicely furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and had a great time at the Hot Tub and Pool area.

Great condo, but wet beds, poor cleaning, and no real follow-up from host hurt the stay

While the location and layout of the apartment were nice, our stay was marred by serious preparation and cleanliness issues.On arrival, we found both beds in one room had been made with wet sheets, leaving the bedspreads and mattresses damp. Two pillowcases appeared not to have been washed. We had to strip the beds, dry the sheets ourselves, and remake them. The dryer and dishwasher were also running, requiring us to fold towels and put away dishes before settling in.Surface cleaning was adequate, but deep cleaning was lacking — one mattress had visible stains and hairs, bathroom fans were filthy, and areas under furniture had not been cleaned. The deck and BBQ were poorly maintained; the BBQ was dirty, its brush unusable, and the igniter didn’t work. The sliding door to the deck was dirty and difficult to open.The host did not respond to a phone call or voicemail. They replied to a text about the wet bedding with an apology and the comment that the cleaners “must have run out of time,” but there was no further follow-up or resolution.This property could be great, but the lack of preparation, deep cleaning, and host responsiveness made for a disappointing experience.

This condo had everything we needed for our most recent girls getaway and the location was perfect. We sat out on the deck every day and enjoyed the beautiful view. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Providing towels for the pool was perfect as well.

Great Condo

We have stayed in condos in Radium many times.This is the first time we have received exactly what we booked. On other occasions there were substations, visually looked just like the photographs in advertising .However the location of the booked condo was not accurate, different views and location within the facility.
