"Excellent staff, very clean & spacious room & ample free parking. The beds are fantastic with good quality bedding. Good value & very cheap for that area. The only cons were that it is an old building & as a result, it was draughty & the heating wasn't on. No socket near the mirror making hair & make-up a guessing game. A desk & chair would be good to have for this too. I felt it is a work in progress & they'll get there! Overall a great value for the area"

"I was in the UK for a week and stayed at 4 different hotels. This was one was my least favourite. The individual who checked me in did not make me feel welcome. The bathroom smelled like mildew (it was the shower curtain - gross) and the bed had hairs and a stain on the mattress cover. Also they have slow free wifi and make you pay for faster wifi. The location was good - across from supermarkets and a short walk into town. It was fine for one night but I'd rather not stay there again. "

"This was a very clean and spacious property in a safe neighborhood. The outdoor space was beautiful. The host went out of her way to help us enjoy our stay. The host did enter the property while she knew we were out without telling us (I knew because she refilled some detergent pods)."

"We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Dunclutha House. Julie and Richard were fabulous hosts. The room was fabulous, teas & home made shortbread delivered daily, room and restroom were always kept up. The full scotiat breakfast was the highlight of our mornings, we always look forward to haggis and home cooked meals when we visit Scotland. We visited the jucuzzi, always nice and hot! We did not need a car as the walk to the train station was 12 minutes through town, and was an hour ride to...

"5 Pilmour Place was beyond our expectations! The location is perfect, being close for a walk along the water and going to Market street for shopping! The staff was amazing and so accommodating :) definitely would be coming back!"

"Good morning, I just wanted to let you know that I experienced a few problems with breakfast during our stay. Firstly, on Saturday morning, when I asked for a coffee, I was given a half cup of cold black coffee by a young man. I did not say anything at the time. The following morning, I bought my own coffee and noticed that everyone else in the restaurant was being served coffee in a small cafetière. I did not understand why this was not offered to me. Also, on Sunday morning, I ordered Eggs...
