"The location was really convenient. We could walk to downtown Ballard, plus there were lots of great places within a few blocks. Our room was efficient. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room to read vs the small bench. The communal kitchen on the first floor was a nice addition. We also appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. "

"This was a quick trip. The room is a studio apartment in a new apartment building. Note that NO parking options are provided so street parking is your only option. Fortunately, this apartment is on a fairly safe street."

"I love staying at the Lakeview Hotel. I travel to Seattle to see my son and I’ve stayed at this property every time I visited. The beds are great and the management is always available to assist. Great location in easy walking distance of stores and restaurants. "

"Chris hosted us for a short visit to the area. The room is clean and updated. The listing was accurate, and the bed was comfortable. I believe we were in the flight path for paine field but after a couple of early evening flyovers, it was quiet. The property is lovely and the view cannot be beat. "

"This home worked out great for our family! Good layout and very clean. Having a vehicle come with the house was an extra bonus and much needed. Thank you!"

"This was a nice space but could do with a bit more attention and better appliances and furniture. Nothing that can’t be improved. It was in a very nice neighborhood and cafes and restaurants were easily accessible by foot. "

"A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"

"we loved this mid-century, fantasy-level retreat. Three stories, with a spa, ginormous shower, a perfect getaway for a large family or group. Big spacious rooms to share, and a sizable kitchen. Several floors offer brilliant views of both the lake and the Puget Sound & Whidbey Island: breathtaking! Everyone in our group agreed: We would all most definitely stay here again."

"Our large family loved the accomodations. The kiddos loved the pool and the game room (as did the adults) and also the porch. The location is great and the host was super responsive and helpful! The kids are already asking to go back :)"

"We were there for a graduation and then a little site seeing. Place was great, good location for what we needed. Everything we needed was close by and far enough away from downtown that we didn’t get trapped in traffic."
