"This is a beautiful cottage with all of the amenities! The cottage was very clean and so spacious. The hot tub and steam room were great for relaxing after a hard day of vacationing. We really took a liking to the hanging chairs outside and are now going to get some of our own! Thank you for opening up your beautiful cottage so we can all enjoy it! "

It had all of the necessary amenities and the information booklet with all instructions for our stay was great. We had excellent weather for late September and explored lots of places in the island. "Overall, a lovely century home with older features we would have expected. It definitely suited our purposes for twelve people. However, we left a list of items that would have been helpful as well as safety and fire concerns. Our biggest disappointment was we were assured of a bed on the main floor for our 90 year old mother to stay with us. A mattress taken off a bunk bed and left on the living room floor was not what we expected."

"The "Small Cottage" was perfect in so many ways! In a lovely remote setting with beautiful trees, manicured lawn and overlooking the water. It was too bad we couldn't have a campfire but totally understandable with the fire ban. Highly recommend !"

We had a great time in Kensington and would go back to this home in a heart beat. The kids loved the room and were so excited about the toys.
