"Das Ambiente/Aussehen war super. Sehr zentrale Lage, aber durch Baustelle im Haus und Bahnhof sehr laut. Rezeption beim Empfang nicht fremdsprachig und fast nie besetzt. Roomservice extrem schwach, erst auf Nachfrage wurde Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt und die Handtücher getauscht. Kein Bettenservice. ..."

"10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. "There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside."
