"The staff is very friendly and the sky cafe at the top floor has great food and also a friendly staff. There is parking in the hotel and that was very convenient. The main concern was the smell of the bathroom. I’m hoping that can be fixed. Otherwise it was a nice experience. "

"On the 29/11/2024 at 12:00am we came back to your hotel , and when we entered our suite we found that the windows were fully open and the door lock room was removed, and one of the window lock was not working. We immediately went to the reception to ask for an explanation of what has happened as we found the situation was weird specially when we were not informed via email , letter , unfortunately the reception agent said that he was off and he does not have any idea about the situation. "Service from concierge was great, super clean, nice, and safe neighborhood. Though quite far away from the main attractions, but manageable with taxi services that can be arranged easily with the concierge."

La villa offre une vue extraordinaire et est très bien située. Harhoura est une ville que je ne connaissais pas mais qui offre de nombreux attraits"

"C'etait vraiment parfait pour 3 jours en famille. Parking facile en bas de l'immeuble, triple climatisation, Wi-Fi, iptv ....etc je recommande sincèrement "

"L’appartement est très petit pas pratique même pour se déplacer à l’intérieur. Accueil zéro vraiment on a pas vu l’hospitalité marocaine. La douche et toilette dans une même pièce qui fait même pas 1m de largeur, impossible de rentré avec sa serviette. Le tuyau de douche est horrible l’eau sort partout. Vraiment la hôte n’a fait aucun effort pour le logement. Même les draps n’était pas à la même taille que le lit. Pas de savon liquide, ni liquide vaisselle ni liquide pour la machine à laver....

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Sanaa. Hôte très réactive et facilement joignable. La villa se trouve dans une résidence avec 2 belles piscines dont une avec toboggans pour enfants. très bien entretenue et bien securisee,c'est un Havre de paix. Cependant une voiture est indispensable car tout le quartier est en pleine construction donc pas encore de boutiques dans les environs et la plage est un peu éloignée pour y aller à pieds surtout avec des enfants. La villa est propre et bien équipée...
